Pipzen does not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
Pipzen is not a real estate broker, agent, or financial advisor. We do not provide real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. Any information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only.
You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Pipzen with respect to such content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Pipzen'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Pipzen, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pipzen, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Your use of the Services

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature if available. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
